Capewell Announces Appointment of Jeff Kretzmer as President and General Manager

SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. With more than 30 years of experience in the defense, aerospace, and safety industries, Jeff brings extensive leadership expertise and strategic insight to Capewell. His background includes significant international and domestic aerospace experience, alongside a proven track record of driving operational excellence and growth across global markets.

Before joining Capewell, Jeff served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Habco Industries, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s operations and expanding its global footprint. His leadership at Habco was instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency, driving innovation, and delivering high-performance solutions to aerospace and defense customers. Jeff’s deep expertise in both commercial and military aviation, along with his ability to lead cross-functional teams, aligns perfectly with Capewell’s mission to remain at the forefront of the aerial delivery and emergency descent sectors.

In his new role at Capewell, Jeff will oversee the company’s global operations, with a focus on driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across all areas of the business.
